This was a pretty little book that briefly goes over a variety of creatures from unicorns to mermaids, dragons to gnomes. Each page as has a gorgeous illustration and a brief blurb about the mythical being. I'm not sure why unicorns are in the title, they don't get any more page space than the other creatures do (it's why I ended up discovering this book) but I'm glad I took a few minutes to read it as it was very nice introduction to legendary creatures from around the world.
