A very, very pink book! But also very cute. The Fairy Godmother gifts three little fairy girls their very first pets, a lovely butterfly, a clever ladybird...and a naughty, misbehaving dragon! Twinkle is dismayed at being stuck with a dragon (she wanted something fluffy) but in the end Scruffy grew on her and while he might not be as pretty as a butterfly or as clever as a ladybird, he was hers and she loved him anyway. And while this wasn't mentioned in the book, I noticed you can hug your little dragon and give him tummy rubs, you can't do either of those with a butterfly!
