Volume 1
Boy moves to new city. Boy meets vampire. They kiss, then become friends. But both would like something more…
A global Webtoon phenomenon and LGBTQ+ graphic novel about friendship, love and magic.
Sébastien recently moved to supernatural Paris hoping to get away from his troubles at home and live a peaceful life learning magic. But what are you going to do when the really hot vampire you made out with last night to forget your troubles turns out to be your new neighbor?
Sébastien (a demisexual boy with “main character hair” and a bunny named Pierre), meet Elia (a hot, supermodel, vampire neighbor and crush).
Join Elia, Sébastien and their assorted crew of wonderful friends, as they navigate the ins and outs of dating in a modern and paranormal love story.

Aww, this was such an incredibly cute and sweet series! I love the two main characters and how shy they were around each other. I dragged it out by only reading small portions of it at a time, but alas, it didn't last all that long and now I'll have to wait till the second volume is published.
The characters spans a wide spectrum of the LGBTQ+ community but it isn't even really about that (though it is that too) its just wonderful characters in an alternate Paris community where magical beings have taken refuge and one human from our world, who didn't quite fit in here, might find a place to fit in there.
While the book is filled with funny moments, its also filled with serious ones, such as Seb's issues with his parents, other characters are adopted, and at least one is actually dead (well undead...) You have one character who is mute, you have another whose brother is in a wheelchair, and a very very grumpy bunny with vivid imagination who might be into the pooting puppy (will need the next book to find out for sure). You've got various nationatlities and religions, and pretty much every skin tone is covered, including blue ;)
I wouldn't mind living in that world since everyone seems to get along just fine, maybe it helps when you also have vampires, cyclops, fairies and wizards. Not saying everyone is friends with everyone else, but the "isms" don't seem to play a role in this world.
The artwork is wonderful, and yes, Elia is totally hot, and also incredibly cute as a freaked out bat with a pink arm...err, wing...long story, you need to read it!
