Hmm, not sure what I think of this one. The artwork is pretty and very wintery in lovely cool pastel colours and a lot of snowy detail, though the artist needed some help with equine anatomy, the chest and legs just weren't right. It's a tale of a princess who is lonely in her castle and her mother gives her a snowglobe which the girl can enter and become friends with fairies, unicorns and snowmen. That seemed sweet but then I thought, poor girl doesn't have any human friends, and she had to keep those friends inside a glass ball, only visiting them when she's asleep. I guess like a kind of imaginary friend. But still, it's not like we can become a friend to a unicorn in any way other than our imagination so I guess a little magic still helps.
