Special Agent Bubble07 is undercover on planet Earth. His mission: to decide whether his team of alien unicorns should invade Earth. Posing as a stuffed animal, he infiltrates the home of Earthling Daughter, where he puts up with dog slobber, tea parties, and show and tell. Will the unicorn blow his cover and call for backup? Or will his alien heart be won over by storytime, snow days, and snuggles?

This is cute, I really loved it. Aliens, that happen to look like unicorn stuffies, have infiltrated Earth to determine if they should invade. This agent spy puts himself into one of those claw machines where you pick out a toy and thus allows himself to be captured and brought into a human home.
The illustrations are in black and white with just a few touches of colour and were wonderful. As agent Bubble learns more and more about us, colours start to appear as he starts to enjoy himself. He then begins to wonder why his species doesn't do things like birthdays on their own planet.
I believe there might have been a continuation of the story, perhaps with a llama, on the inside of the back cover of the book, but the library had glued down the dust jacket so I could only see part of the picture.
