I've been picking up all the dragon books I can find in the library, even some of the French ones, and I think I was probably the first person to even borrow this one it was so new. A fun tale of a princess and her cousin who enter a dragon flying race only to get captured by kobols and brought to their subteranean lair. Can Milla save Tom and his dragon Rubix? Beautiful illustrations accompany the story and I suspect this is actually going to be a series of books. Oddly, I found more words I didn't know in French in this middle grade book than I found in a young adult one. Must admit, I wouldn't mind a riding dragon of my own!
