Crazy Hair is a fantastically fun tale written by New York Times bestselling author Neil Gaiman and illustrated by the astoundingly talented Dave McKean, the award-winning team behind The Wolves in the Walls.
In Crazy Hair, Bonnie makes a friend who has hair so wild there's even a jungle inside of it! Bonnie ventures through the crazy hair, but she may need more than a comb to tame her friend's insane mane.

I picked this up on a whim because it was written by Neil Gaiman. It was silly, fun, and slightly creepy all at the same time. The art was bizarre, and the hair was so realistic looking I had to wonder if the artist actually used real hair to make the illustrations. In rhyme we find out what lurks in his crazy hair, from tigers and bears to lost explorers and Bonnie herself! Definitely a crazy book but it made me laugh, while even at the same time some pages made me shiver a bit (like one where there are eyeballs in every letter a on the page!). I'm sure fans of Coraline would love this.
